President Joe Biden opened his highly anticipated press conference Thursday with a recitation of his NATO allies, saying they "stepped up" with sanctions against Russia during an unexpectedly defiant speech in which he called Russian President Vladimir Putin a "dictator".
Biden concludes press conference by dismissing a question
The president leaned into the mic and said "Listen to him" before walking off after a reporter attempted to ask about his role in his son's alleged business dealings in Ukraine.
